The timetable for the day is as follows
(please arrive 15 minutes early to register):

10am - 11:30am 1st Teaching
12:15 - 1pm 1st Meditation
1pm Lunch
2:30pm - 4pm 2nd Teaching
4:30pm - 5:15pm 2nd Meditation

Each session begins with some simple prayers to prepare our mind for the teaching or meditation. You are welcome to join in with these if you wish, prayer books are provided.

The cost of our day courses is £25 including a vegetarian lunch.
