Our past negative actions, or karma, are the cause of all our suffering and problems,
weighing us down and blocking our progress on the spiritual path. For this reason,
Buddha emphasised the purification of negative karma as a principal practice. Over this
weekend we will receive the blessing empowerment of Vajrasattva, the Buddha of
purification, and discover methods for cleansing our mind of negativity through relying on
his powerful blessings.
