We currently run three drop-in meditation classes each week at the Centre:

* NOTE ABOUT SUNDAY CLASS DATES: the Sunday classes with Gen Jigme follow a slightly different programme, covering Venerable Geshe Kelsang's book on the complete Buddhist path to enlightenment, Joyful Path of Good Fortune. There are five classes this term, running on Sunday 31^st of May, 7^th of June, 14^th of June, 5^th of July and 12th July.

SPECIAL EVENT: 'learn to meditate in half a day' During 2009 Tara Centre is running special beginners meditation courses throughout the Midlands. £5 per class, or £30 for all 7 weeks. There is no need to book - just turn up and pay at the class, or book the whole course now by clicking below.
