Immediately following the International NKT Spring and Summer Festivals with Venerable Geshe-la each year at Manjushri Centre, Tara Centre holds retreats. Guided by Gen Kelsang Jigme, these retreats are the perfect opportunity to meditate on the teachings we have received from our Spiritual Guide while the instructions and blessings are still fresh in our minds. Surrounded by the English countryside, Tara Centre is the perfect venue for these enjoyable and popular extensions to our spiritual holiday.

The Post-Spring Festival retreat will be on the practice of Buddha Green Tara, as taught at the Spring Festival. The Post-Summer Festival retreat will be on the practice of Buddha Amitayus, based on the empowerment and instructions we will receive at the Summer Festival.
