World Peace Café
T he World Peace Café offers a popular, peaceful and friendly place to take a break or meet up with friends. Choose from a selection of freshly ground fairtrade coffee, fine teas, fruit smoothies and other soft drinks. Enjoy a light snack or look over our delicious vegetarian lunch menu. We also offer a wide selection of tasty cakes.
Open to the public seven days a week from 10am till 4.30pm.
The World Peace Café is situated in the beautiful grounds of Ashe Hall home of Tara Buddhist Centre. We use all profits from the World Peace Café to help provide Kadampa Buddhism to the wider community - offering the path of peace, compassion and wisdom for the benefit of this and future generations.
For example, regular donations are made to the International Temples Project - building Temples dedicated to World Peace throughout the world.
