World Peace Café
Tara Centre's World Peace Café offers a popular, peaceful and friendly place to take a break or meet up with friends. Choose from a selection of freshly ground coffee, fine teas, fruit smoothies and other soft drinks, enjoy a light vegetarian meal, or one of our delicious homemade cakes.
World Peace Cafés show the Buddhist faith exemplified through public service. Inspired by the vision of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, they exist to promote peace throughout the world. All their profits are used for building Kadampa Temples dedicated to world peace for the benefit of this and future generations.
